My dad is about 5’3′ to 5’4′ while my mother is 4’11….. Right now, i am 5’1, is there any chance that i can grow taller than my parents, can you give me some tips and the best exercises to grow taller? I want to grow so much., so many people keep teasing me about my height. Please help….. And does the HOMEMADE HGH COCKTAIL really work? I think I lack HGH, plus my father is a jerk, I think he did something to me when I was young, so I am missing the back of my head…….
I am going to move away in another year, and I want to improve my health. I am 16 right now, can I take growth hormones legally when I am 21, would they still make me taller and increase my head…………

dude you need to stop obssessing with what you think is a small head. Like you said before you said your head circumference was around 56cm which a 7 1/8 hat size which is in the medium ranges so nothing is wrong. Plus people don’t notice head sizes that much i mean i had a baseball teammate who was around 5’10 and he wore a 6 3/4 which is a kid’s size which is around 54 cm and i didn’t notice his head. I only noticed his hat size when i had to bring his hat to him as he dropped it.

Sure you can ride it in the winter time. But west of the Cascade mtns, you have rain. And east you have snow & ice. Both are likely to be cold, and more challenging than dry warm weather.

Does anyone know about (HGH) Human Growth Hormone? My father has worked hard all his life only to come down with Parkinsins disease. He only has a minimal amount of time left, and I would like to make his last day’s as comforting as possible. He has plenty of money to pay for whatever he needs. i know people say that its purely genes and environmental factors, but would the greater levels of hgh in a teen parent (as opposed to a middle aged parent) have an effect on the levels of that in their child? if so would this have an affect on its growth and the height i could feasibly reach once finished growing?

this is the over the counter homeopathic stuff. it isn’t actual HGH

OTC products that actually do contain HGH have such a low concentrations of it to render the product virtually useless. The amounts of HGH that you need in order to get the effect that I assume you’re looking for, you will only get in a clinical setting at a very very high price per injection. If memory serves it’s around $ 1,600 per shot.

Do a bit of research. The studies are out there re the efficacy of OTCs, or rather lack of efficacy.
