Lots of the SF Giants players doubled & tripled their homerun totals so they are prime suspects..
Yet since MLB does not test can everybody get away with cheating?

Chosen Answer:

Doubled or tripled their home-run totals because of HGH? Like who? Andres Torres, just because he got to play more games and had more plate appearances this year! Come on now…

No one in that Giants lineup takes any performance substances because that offense sucks. They just happen to overachieve in the playoffs and their hitting got hot at the right time. No one on that team hit more than 26 home-runs nor drove in more than 90 RBI’s.

If it wasn’t for their pitching, they would not have made it to the playoffs. There were many times the Giants just didn’t score. I remember a series against the Padres earlier in the year where Giants only allowed 2 runs in 3 games, and they still loss the series! Jonthan Sanchez threw a one hitter and loss the game.

Do you still believe Giants hitters use HGH?

So just because a team won the World Series and batted very good they use PED’s, grow up they won fair and square

So are you saying only the Giants use it? Or are you saying they all use it and the Giants somehow got a better batch or something? This just makes no sense…

  7. Man, I’ll bet those grapes must be sour. A team other than your favorite wins the World Series, so they must be dirty? Sad that this kind of accusation happens so often, even with zero evidence to back it up. Their offense didn’t get them to the World Series- their pitching did.

Baseball uses the honor system. You know, like how students swear not to plagerize off the internet? It’s like that.

I don’t know if they do or not, but if I were an MLB player I would probably use hGH until they tested for it. There’s too much money at stake in contracts etc., to not be using hGH if you suspect lots of other players ARE using it and you have to compete with those guys directly for contract money.

As for singling out the Giants, I’d say that if there is a huge hGH problem it’s a league-wide deal not just a team or two doing it.

  10. HGH has been proven not to increase muscle strength, only muscle mass. So doesn’t really make a difference on the field, only their girlfriends.
