Who says its bad for you? Of course, it can be abused just like aspirin can. Just like alcohol can.
HGH can help the healing process of injuries. Very helpful for professional athletes. Do a google search to find the many benefits.

Human Growth Hormone is actually a natural chemical reaction that takes place in your body following training. It happens anyway and is part of the cell regeneration process.
